This year has been a rough one. Ever since covid hit earlier this year we’ve all pretty much been at home. This has caused some very challenging times for all of us because of our ever changing stay at home orders and restrictions. I have been supporting local restaurants and shops as much as I can during this time. Rudolph’s Raspberry Float anyone? If anyone needs a little holiday cheer right now, then you might want to try having one of these delicious treats. You can easily make them alcoholic or non-alcoholic so everyone can enjoy a little holiday cheer!🥂

Rudolph's Raspberry Float Drink with Ice Cream

Drink name: Rudolph’s Raspberry Float
🎄
Makes: 4 servings
🥂
🎄
Ingredients:
🥂
4 cups of raspberry cranberry juice
4 cups of vanilla ice cream
1 cup Prosecco/your favorite bubbly (or seltzer water if making it non-alcoholic, to top off)
Raspberries for garnish.
🎄

Instructions:
Pour juice into cups until about 1/2 the way full.
Pour in some of the Prosecco, champagne, or seltzer.
Top with vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with Raspberries
