Lay the next salami on top of the previous salami only covering half of the bottom salami. Repeat with 4 more salami round slices.
Now roll the salami up into a circle.
Place the salami circle in a small glass and set to the side.
Begin the Mickey ears by rolling up 1 salami round into a small circle.
Use toothpicks to adhere the ears to the Mickey Head.
Create a second Mickey head and set it to the side.

Mickey Mouse Brie
Use a large sized Mickey Mouse head cookie cutter, and press it into the Brie. Remove the excess Brie and set the Mickey head Brie to the side.

Setting up the board
Choose a large, circle wood board or a Mickey Mouse Head Wood Board. (This is a really nice Mickey Board and it’s on sale right now too!!)
Start by putting the Brie, Mickey Mouse head cookie cutter, and Mickey Mouse hand cookie cutter on the board. Next place your Mickey Mouse salami heads on the board, placing them on separate ends.
Fill your small ramekin with your jam of choice and place it on the board.
Add your small chunked cheese to your Mickey hand cookie cutter, and spread evenly.
Place the remaining cheese on the board.
Add the fruit, olives and tomatoes to the board.
Fill in the empty spots on the board with your pretzels and Jordan almonds.

A book ALL about Disney Princesses? YES please! Disney Princess: Beyond the Tiara explores the legacies of the Princesses and what they represent today. Featuring concept art, memorabilia, and original interviews, Publishing September 20th, 2022. I wanted this one for myself…. but my niece (Princess Elsa) had other ideas. She wanted it and was naming all the princesses in the book to me. She knows them ALL already… and she’s only 3! Now I need to buy another copy of the book for myself.

Everyone knows the Disney Princess characters, but how did they become the cultural icons we know today? From the Princesses Walt Disney and his artists brought to the screen in the 20th century, such as Snow White and Aurora, to the recent additions such as Moana, Tiana and Rapunzel, each Disney Princess character’s influence has expanded beyond their original film. Each of their unique, individual stories create a fabric with the power to inspire our imaginations, spark social conversations, and empower us. I loved learning more about the princesses and their background, cool facts and information about all of our favorite princesses.

Featured Disney Princesses include:

  • Moana
  • Merida
  • Rapunzel
  • Tiana
  • Mulan
  • Pocahontas
  • Jasmine
  • Belle
  • Ariel
  • Aurora
  • Cinderella
  • Snow White
Disney Princess: Beyond the Tiara

Organized by themes of origins and inspirations, re-imaginings, toys and collectibles, fashion, music, parks, fandom, and more, Disney Princess: Beyond the Tiara features memorabilia
and interviews with Disney historians, directors, voice talent, and fans. Explore the different eras, influences, and legacies of the Princesses with Disney Legends such as Jodi Benson (voice of Ariel in The Little Mermaid and author of the book’s foreword), Lea Salonga (the singing voice behind two Princesses, Jasmine and Mulan), and composer Alan Menken.
