Frozen 2 Family Night Out

*Disney provided us with Frozen 2 merchandise, gift cards for the Dry Bar, movie tickets and dinner to share our experience with all of you. All thoughts and opinions remain our own.*

We had a magical all-day Frozen 2 celebration courtesy of Disney! It is always fun to go out to the theater with family, but it was even more magical by adding some fun things to do first related to the movie.

First, my mom and I had our hair braided at The Dry Bar in Huntington Beach. Elsa and Anna both have such beautiful braids in the Frozen films, so how fun would it be to get in the spirit and ready to see Frozen 2 than going out to get your own Elsa or Anna styled braids?

We were treated to some mimosas and the wonderful ladies who braided our hair used to actually work at Disney doing all of the Princesses hair! That just seemed to make the morning a little more magical. I love how my braids turned out! What do you think?

My moms hair isn’t very long. She had cancer and her hair is just starting to grow back. We were unsure if they would be able to braid it or not, but they were able to make a cute little braid for her! My mom loved it!

Then we went and got my niece ready to go. Her eyes lit up when she saw her special Elsa princess dress that was JUST for her. This is her first princess dress and I don’t think it will be her last. lol 😉

When she first put on the dress, she was holding her dress like a princess. lol

Then she wanted to practice her Elsa moves! How cute is that?

I think she likes her Princess Elsa dress.

Then it was time to go grab some dinner before the movie! We went to Chili’s since they have a nice variety of options, so everyone can find something they will enjoy.

After we stuffed our faces, it was time to head to AMC Theaters for the main event!

Did you know you can order ahead online if you want any drinks or snacks? Then you just head over to the Express-Pick up area at the time you stated you wanted your order ready by, and they will have it there for you!

I saw this online, of course I had to get it since it was Frozen 2. You can fill it up with the drink or icee of your choice!

My niece loves taking selfies, so of course we had to take one before heading in to see the movie. 😉

Frozen 2 is good, it far exceeded my expectations.  It is such an incredibly sweet, beautiful & funny film (Olaf will have you giggling throughout the movie).The Frozen Fan Fest merchandise we received can be found at Target;  including my niece’s adorable Elsa Dress and our Frozen 2 T-shirts. We had so much fun, we are looking forward to planning another fun movie night out soon! I need to start planning for the next Disney movie coming up for Christmas break! 😉
