Mother’s Day is almost here. This year has been like no other before and will be a much different looking Mother’s Day than usual with “stay at home” orders still in place. You might also want a drink to go with all of that deliciousness to serve with the crepes? Try making a Strawberry Blood-Orange Mimosa! Also super easy to make and perfect to pair with the crepes.

Strawberry Blood Orange Mimosas

Just take some blood oranges and juice them, 1 cup of strawberries and 1-2 cups of orange juice, and blend in a blender. Then pour your favorite champagne in a glass and top off with the juice. Garnish rim with some berries and DONE!
