Perfect Pumpkin Pie Mango Smoothie Ready to drink!

This perfect pumpkin pie mango smoothie is the perfect treat to kick the new year off with. The pumpkin paired with mango is such a fun and unexpected combination. I love this smoothie and it’s the perfect winter day treat for a little taste of summer.

When Melissa’s Produce sent me some Australian Mangoes I knew I wanted try a smoothie with one of them. I must say, Wow! These mangoes are perfect for smoothies! They are fiberless, creamy like a custard, sweet and super flavorful. These Australian beauties will shock you with their lusciousness! Perfect for smoothies, salads, salsas, or just all on its own!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie Mango Smoothie

Prep time : 10 minutes

Make time : 2 minutes

Yield :  enough for 2 people

Ingredients:

Perfect Pumpkin Pie Mango Smoothie Ingredients

 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut

½ cup mango juice

1 cup plain greek yogurt

¼  cup pumpkin

1/2 cup frozen mango

Grated nutmeg (just a pinch)

¼ tsp spice ginger  

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 pitted dates

Optional Toppings: Whip cream and crushed pecans

Prep work: Soak dates in boiling water for about 10 minutes.  This softens them and allows them to be blended better.

Mix everything in the blender and blend on high speed for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.

Top with some whipped cream and crushed pecans and enjoy!

Notes* If you only have vanilla Greek yogurt, reduce the recipe to 1 date, to adjust for the sweetness in the recipe.
