A Little Holiday Cheer with a Rudolph Raspberry Float

Rudolph’s Raspberry Float anyone? If anyone needs a little holiday cheer right now, then you might want to try having one of these delicious treats. You can easily make them alcoholic or non-alcoholic so everyone can enjoy a little holiday cheer!

Drink name: Rudolph’s Raspberry Float
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 cups of raspberry cranberry juice
4 cups of vanilla ice cream
1 cup Prosecco/your favorite bubbly (or seltzer water if making it non-alcoholic, to top off)
Raspberries for garnish.

Instructions:
Pour juice into cups until about 1/2 the way full.
Pour in some of the Prosecco, champagne, or seltzer.
Top with vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with Raspberries
