Summer’s coming early to Knott’s this year! Starting June 13 through September 7, Knott’s celebrates summer in a big way with all new entertainment. Headlining the exciting summer entertainment lineup are Blockbuster Beagle!, Vertical Impact, Vertical Impact: Geared Up!, and more sensational shows. Oh, and you cannot forget the new ride, Voyage to the Iron Reef. Check out the line up below!

Surfacing May 2015, Voyage to the Iron Reef™ is a spectacular new interactive 4-D ride for the entire family. Riders aim their freeze rays at menacing sea creatures while competing against each other to blast the highest score and save Knott’s from an otherwise watery doom.

One of my favorite recipes that you will find in this cookbook is the PHILADELPHIA Fruit Pizza!!

Fruit-Pizza-Kraft-Cookbook

Prep Time: 15 min. | Total Time: 59 min. plus refrigerating | Makes: 12 servings

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 pkg. (16.5 oz. each) refrigerated sliceable cookies, sliced
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (kiwi and strawberry slices, red & black raspberries, drained canned mandarin oranges)
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves, pressed through sieve to remove lumps
  • 1 Tbsp. water

MAKE IT:

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F
  2. LINE 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan. Bake 14 min.; cool completely.
  3. INVERT onto plate; carefully remove foil. Turn crust over; place on plate.
  4. BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto crust. Top with fruit.
  5. MIX preserves and water; brush onto fruit. Refrigerate 2 hours. ENJOY!!

A New Menu at an American Favorite: Hard Rock Cafe!

A few short weeks ago I made the trek up to Hollywood in rush hour traffic. Now I wouldn’t make this drive up for just anything, but when you get an invite to an American favorite like the Hard Rock Cafe to check out their new menu, you just can’t say no to that! With other fellow bloggers, press, and staff we went on a royal foodie adventure that would leave us all stuffed and content by the end of the night. I don’t know about anyone else, but I felt like I had to literally roll on out I was so filled to the brim with all of the wonderful offerings we tasted. Take a little look here for yourself!
